Entertaining, enjoyable and beneficial. Many of the activities of the Knights sounds demanding and certainly many are, but that does not mean that others can't be just for fun. Programs and activities that come under the Council include the following:

* Council donates $836.68 to Casa Angelica - Auguest 2007
* Council sponsors T-Birds Basketball game for the CCD - February 2008
* Council sponsors Confirmation to Chimayo - March 2008
